This years Cobham Heritage Day is fast approaching and preparation is well advanced.

There will be the usual large collection of stalls down Church Street and through the churchyard to Church Gate house.

This year the Cobham Horticultural Autumn Show will take place in a marquee on the Leg O'Mutton field alongside the regular Classic Cars exhibition.

The day will culminate with the Cobham Duck Race at 4pm. The race will start at the Cobham Mill and finish opposite the Old Bear Pub. Ducks can be sponsored for only £1 and you could win the first prize of £250.

With lots of other activities taking place nearby, including the 1st Cobham Scout Group Centenary at Painshill Park, it looks certain to be a great day out.
